Includes access to the large neighborhood pool (summer), gym facilities (all year), basketball court, clubhouse use and more. It's simply a wonderful neighborhood to live in! A few blocks away from Willamette Park, under 3 miles to OSU campus and very close to bus route. Owners live in Corvallis and are very quick to respond if there are any issues (not a faceless management company). HOA maintains front of house, including front yard watering and mowing. Tenant maintains the rest of the property, including watering and mowing back yard.
