Here are some of the following terms but are not limited to: 1)Rent will be $2150 per month upfront due on the 1st every month (First month rent due at lease signing). 2)Security deposit $4000 due at the time of lease signing. 3) Landlord pays nothing. 4) Tenant is responsible for Backyard and front yard lawn maintenance (includes mowing, trimming). 5)Tenant Pays all other utility bills including water, sewer, garbage(waste) collection (we will send you the bill), gas and electricity, cable (if any), security systems services (if any) bills. 6)Renters insurance required. 7) Pets are not allowed on the property. 8) Waterbeds are not allowed on the property. 9) Smoking not allowed inside the house. 10) Tenant is not allowed to sublet the property. 11) All Occupants must be listed on the lease. 12)Late payment 5% of the rent. 13)Lease term will be for one year (We can provide new lease at the end of lease term if both parties agree with new terms and rent adjustments). 14) Tenant must agree to the income verification, credit and background check.
