We are selling our home fully furnished. We purchased this property seven years ago, and enjoyed it to the fullest. The kitchen and bathroom are remodeled. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master has a king bed, and the second bedroom gas twin bunkbeds and a full. The kitchen has quartz countertops and new appliances. There is a front porch and back deck that has amazing views of the lake. We installed a split rail fence around the front yard. The upstairs is hardwood floors with a sitting area that separates two bedrooms. Once has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is central air, but we also have a window unit upstairs to help circulate the cold air faster. The backyard has plenty of space to throw a football, set up a corn hole tournament, or just lay in the sun. There is a covered area below the deck and a patio with dining table and umbrella. Since we are a family that really enjoys fishing, we had a custom dock in the form of a T made. Finally, we have a long driveway with room for four cars!
