Quick drives to popular Progress Ridge and Murray Scholls restaurants and shopping. Recently updated hardwood floors and fresh interior paint adds to the comfort and class of this beautiful Condo. Home comes fully furnished! Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with a king size bed and dresser. The second & thirds bedrooms are furnished with a full bed and dresser as well! The laundry room is also located upstairs next to the master bedroom with a full size washer and dryer! Kitchen is equipped with Dishwasher, microwave, stove and full sized refrigerator. Dishes, cups and silverware provided for 4 people. Linens for the beds and towels for the bathrooms and kitchen are provided as well, in addition to some starter necessities to help you move in with ease, i.e. shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap/dishwasher tabs, and paper towels. Short/Mid-Term Rental (1 - 6 months). Lease can be reevaluated at that point. Utilities included: Power, Gas, Water, Garbage, Internet. Cleaning fee upon move-out: $500 (to be retained from deposit). Cleaning expectation upon move out is essentially to "leave it as you found it." You don't need to do a deep cleanse, but please restore it to how it was upon move-in. This is an HOA controlled community. There are certain guidelines you will need to follow while living here. All of the HOA bylaws will be sent to you. No smoking allowed in the unit (of any kind). No pets 1 car garage. There is street parking available, as well, but it fills up fast. HOA takes care of outdoor maintenance, including grass and back patio areas. Proof of Renters insurance required prior to move-in.
