Our beautiful home is the perfect location for those that are looking for a long term stay, just minutes from the beach. We've tried to include plenty of opportunities for memory making with your loved ones, whether staying indoors and playing one of the many games in our game closet or taking the beach chairs in the garage and heading outdoors for a day of sand and sun followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The space This vacation retreat is perfect for large groups and families. The home has been designed to accommodate all your needs and keep everyone entertained. THE EXTERIOR WILL BE PAINTED SOON WITH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLORS. Main Floor: When you walk into the home you will find that the open floor plan and vaulted ceilings allow for small group conversation, while keeping the larger group connected. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area allow guests to cook their favorite meals and enjoy family style dining. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, both are ADA accessible. The first bedroom features a king size bed and ample closet space along with a 55" TV with cable and wifi streaming. The second room has a queen sized bed and plenty of closet space. Loft: What really makes this home special is the loft space. It is a perfect room for kids, yet the full sized mattresses (bottom bunk) allow adults to sleep comfortably. The loft is equipped with two bunkbeds and a small sitting area with two retro gaming consoles (Nintendo and Super Nintendo). Entertainment: During your stay we want the time spent in our house to be memorable and entertaining. To accomplish this we have created spaces for groups to enjoy board games (monopoly, uno, cards, Yahtzee, and so many more in the game closet), foosball in the garage, a retro gaming system area (Nintendo and Super Nintendo), and an arts and crafts cupboard. If getting outdoors is what you are seeking feel free to use the beach chairs and wagon in the garage to walk to the beach for the day. Outdoor: After days spent on the beach and exploring the city come enjoy a glass of wine as you rejuvenate in the hot tub. The hot tub is surrounded by trees to give guests privacy. The outdoor spaces also includes a BBQ area and outdoor seating. Every area of the home inside and out is geared towards making memories and simply enjoying time with family and friends. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house and backyard space, including playground area and hot tub. Other things to note Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25/month per pet. It is your responsibility to assure the carpets are deep cleaned before move out date. Utilities are not included in the rent, you are responsible for electric, cable/wifi, water, and garbage. The hot tub is also the renters responsibility to maintain properly. We currently do have a hot tub specialist that comes to the property once a week to check levels, at $30 per visit. This also can be taught to you, if you would like to take over that responsibility.
