Washer and dryer are provided in the unit. Property is on a septic tank. Renter is responsible for any damage to plumbing due to incorrect disposal of food, waste, oil, wet wipes or the like. Fire place is available. Renter is responsible for safe use of fireplace. Fireplace is to only burn firewood without exception. Lease term is 12 months from move in date. Deposit is required 15 business days prior to closing. Deposit is considered payment for first month's rent. Should the renter default on payment by more than 7 calendar days, eviction process will take place and deposit will be forfeited. Remainder of deposit will be repaid to renter at end of lease period minus any cost of damages to the property.
