Waterfront property on Little River but that is difficult to see or get near this time of year.  The land is excellent deer/turkey hunting or watching if you don't hunt.  Snowmobiles are handy to have and use here.  The salmon fishing is nearby too with Altmar, NY and Pulaski, NY a quick ride away.
