Will share kitchen for light cooking. Must be pet friendly, clean, quiet and respectful. Non-smoking environment. Non-drugs. Non-alcohol. Utilities (water, electricity and gas) included! Internet Wi-Fi and Verizon FIOS cable included! Free parking! Laundry in not available. This is a beautiful community only 3 miles from Germantown Center and 1 mile off of 270 and 355. Half month deposit required along with background checking and proof of income required If interested, I would need proof of employment as well as a previous landlord contact. Rental is month to month with a signed rental agreement for 3-6 months, with possible extension after 6 months if renter agreed. Shorter-term lease is also welcome. Room is available on March 5th.
