Continue down the hall, the first door supply closet. Behind the second door is the washer and dryer. Next is a large bedroom with a beautiful lake view, and a king-sized bed. The attached bathroom has a dual vanity, and walk in shower. Both bathrooms have been recently updated. There is a small deck through the sliding glass door on this level to enjoy morning coffee with a lake view. Up the stairs to the second floor, you'll find the great room. Dining room, kitchen, and living room. Again, with wonderful lake views. The kitchen is stocked with everything you should need, just bring your food. In the living room, there is a gas fireplace and a TV with a Roku. Tenants can sign into their own streaming accounts on this TV. The level also has a half bath and another small deck. Up the last flight of stairs to the rooftop deck. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs, this is the owners private suite, which is not available to tenants. The hallway leads to the deck, which is spacious and features incredible views of Lake Tahoe, the mountains, and Stateline. Our community has wonderful amenities; pool (seasonal), hot tub, saunas, tennis, pickleball, and in the clubhouse there's a ping pong table. There are paved trails through the forest in both directions; north to Round Hill shopping center, and Nevada Beach, and south to Kingsbury (restaurants and shops). October through May the rent is $6,000 per month. June through September is $8,000. The minimum stay is 1 month. Subletting is strictly prohibited. All occupants must be on the lease and register with the HOA. July and August 2026 are not currently available. Each occupant must fill out an application and be on the lease. Subletting is not permitted. Minimum 1 month rental.
