The best part of the home is the backyard, with its 6000 gallon Koi Pond & waterfall. The frogs croaking brings a sense of nature and tranquility to the home every night during the summer. The north-facing backyard is shaded in the afternoon by a gorgeous patio covering that spans the patio and the Koi Pond. Perfect for summer evening Bar-B-Ques. The new laminate hardwood floors were professionally installed, and add depth and beauty to the entire home. Carpet is found in the bedrooms/closets. Speaking of closets, the master closet is large enough to be another bedroom. Lots of storage throughout the home and in the clean 3 car garage. New furnace and water heater are very energy efficient. My last renters lived here for 17 years and hated to leave. Looking for professionals who are wanting a longer term lease. No smoking, drugs, partying, etc. This would not be conducive to this very peaceful neighborhood. First and last month's rent as well as the security deposit is required upon signing the lease. Yard care is paid by landlord.
