The kitchen features GE Cafe Appliances and large quartz countertops that have attracted executive chefs to stay with us on multiple occasions. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, drinkware and Tupperware. Portal appliances include a griddle, Ninja blender, toaster, waffle maker, Crockpot, and electric water kettle. Every room of the room was carefully remodeled and staged to provide comfort and functionality. Upgrades include new luxury vinyl flooring, fresh paint, refinished ceilings and drywall, new interior doors, new energy efficient windows, new bathroom vanities, lighting, toilets, hand-tiled showers, and more. The exterior and backyard were equally designed for lounging and recreational space with no maintenance as the large lawn is professionally maintained for guests. Additional outdoor upgrades include new exterior paint, a new metal roof, large paver patio, lawn, and extended walkways. Guest parking includes a large double-deep paved driveway, a 2-car garage and a large gravel RV pad. Street parking is not allowed. We have a keyless entry system and will provide a four digit access code to guests and instructions on using the pad at that time. Our home offers a 65" Samsung "The Frame" smart TV that provides the option for digital artwork to display constantly without damaging the screen. All major streaming services are accessible including Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, Peacock, YouTube, etc. The property adjoins Thomas Creek Park which offers a fenced tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, two children's playgrounds, and paved walking paths with scenic benches. Complimentary sports equipment is provided for guests at the property to use at the park. The insulated garage includes recreational parlor game equipment including a ping pong table, foosball table, and other wall mounted games. The property is the only furnished short term rental available in the immediate area and provides amazing access to shopping, schools, hospitals and both city and mountain recreation areas. Where else can you commute home from work in 10 mins, grab dinner at any number of great restaurants and then be on the ski slopes or hiking the Tahoe Rim trail within 20 minutes?! The retreat offers it all! Lease duration is negotiable. Property is authorized to operate as a short term rental allowing for stays under 28 days. Maximum lease at this time is 1 year with option for month to month. Owner pays all utilities including water, power, gas, sewer, trash and cable internet. Lawn care during warm months and snow removal services (for storms dropping over 6" of snow) are included with rent.
