It has drains under the planks to the end of the deck and stairs on both left & right sides. The side of the house that has the entry gate has cement all the way down the hill with steps. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is pretty quiet, safe area. Even though we are a short distance up Ocean View Drive up to Pyramid Hwy. There is also an exit from the housing tracks (different tracks in this area) to Ion and south to Los Altos Parkway or north to Sparks Blvd. Our large deck allows us to see the playground park adjacent to the back yard which has a chain-link fence with a gate to the stream behind it. We see bunnies, small quail, squirrels, an occasional frog or lizzard when there is water running in it. The water doesn't get very high. At the end is a fence where the road crosses down to other residential areas. A lot of people walking their dogs.
