The primary bedroom is located downstairs and features dark walls for ultimate rest, and a king size bed, 65 inch smart tv, and plenty of room for relaxing after a day on the lake or on the slopes. The sunny open loft has a queen bed and large desk for guests and working from home. The main level has large sectional, a 65 in. frame tv, an electric fireplace, a full bathroom with washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The main attraction however are the views from the living room, or weather permitting, the enormous deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is located on a prestigious and private street between kings beach and incline. Perfect for single person or couple. Parking for 4 cars on property. 15 minutes to ski resorts. 5 minutes to Incline. 3 minutes to stateline. No beach access from home or street. Includes IVGID pass cards for discounts at Incline Recreation Facilities (Golf, Tennis, Rec Center, Skiing) however cards do not grant private IVGID beach access. Renter responsible for all utilities (water, gas, electricity, garbage, internet). No pets. Tenant pays all utilities including internet, water and electricity (billed by landlord, utilities not put in tenant's name). Small non-shedding and potty trained dogs may be considered on a case-by case basis; no cats. Property is not fenced and animals can get out of the property. Absolutely no smoking indoors or outdoors- smoking will result in forfeit of security deposit and other penalties. Also, the stairs to the loft and down to the primary bedroom are steep and are not suitable for young children or persons with accessibility issues. Renter should be mountain and weather capable as living in cabin during winter requires some level of snow maintenance including snow removal / shoveling and leaving the cabin during cold weather will require turning off water etc.
