Beautiful looking home from the outside. Medium sized backyard and small front yard. Theee to four lovely trees on property. Auto sprinkler system has not worked properly for years so hand watering is best bet. Both lawns are patchy and need some TLC. Interior has old fashioned brick fireplace which is great around Christmas and winter time. New hot water heater. Kitchen cabinets are older and previous owner painted green with white handles. One cupboard looks like they tried to paint brown and failed. Older feel with brown panels covering the wall behind the fireplace but could easily cover wall with tile, laminate, etc. living room and hallway has ash color laminate flooring. Bedrooms and stairs are still carpeted. Master bedroom was half decorated with a pink flower wall paper which we covered with movie posters which we were happy with. Up to buyer if you want to paint or redo wallpaper. Main bathroom has an older sink like the old white marble type sink. Handyman who painted was not well trained so paint is so so. Upstairs was rafters and incomplete when we bought the house. Have had it dry walled since then, but it is a lot of room in which a whole new apartment or master bedroom could be built. All in all, it’s a great house with a lot of room, but there is work that could be done to cater to your own tastes.
