Three bedrooms and two baths, all of nice size with new flooring. The primary bedroom is very large with a king size bed and a large closet and has its own workspace/vanity and cabinet. The secondary bedroom is a nice size with a queen bed, and also has its own big closet, desk, and shelf. The main floor bedroom also has a queen bed, a small storage bin dresser, and closet and is adjacent to the bathroom and laundry area. This is great space for anyone with mobility issues, as the bed is a decent height and there are only a few steps to get to the main floor from the alley parking. The Germantown neighborhood is walking distance with lots of great restaurants, breweries and bars. There's plenty of retail and grocery options available nearby as well. The popular Logan Street Market is only a few minutes away. Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Fairgrounds are both about a 7 minute drive. Proximity to downtown Louisville is 5-10 min. Interstate access is about .5 mi from the home. Close enough to be convenient, far enough away to not be heard. We reserve the right to terminate the lease at any point due to non-compliance with house rules or non-payments of on-time rents. For example, this is a non-smoking property, and if a guest is found to be smoking inside of the property, the lease will be immediately terminated with no refund. We also reserve the right to require periodic property inspections, and if needed, periodic cleanings at a cost of $150 to the guest. If the property or grounds are found to be excessively dirty or unkept, we reserve the right to terminate the lease. We also reserve the right to use the deposit to complete any repairs or excess cleaning that is required. We can provide ADT security monitoring for an additional cost. First month rent, last month rent, deposit, and pet deposits are all due upon lease signing. You also need to provide at least one form of government ID for every adult staying in the property. Pet rent is $100 extra per pet, per month. There is an additional $500 up front deposit for having pets at the property. This is not negotiable.
