Very nice neighborhood! Located at the rear of the neighborhood, providing privacy and a sense of seclusion. I made some paths in the wooded area out back that make for a nice area to walk in that provides a great place for the kids to get a little taste of nature. The house is plenty big for a family of 4 and with the addition of an egress window, the basement could easily be converted into a 4th bedroom with already the built-in shelves and electrical outlets available. We replaced the flooring in one-half of the home with brand new vinyl plank floorboards, as well as made some landscaping changes to add some color to the property. We will be accepting walkthrough appointments and we will personally tour guests and answer any and all questions they may have.
