We are a young professional couple with no children or pets. We are clean, considerate, and friendly. Rent includes the following: High Speed Wi-Fi internet, gas, electric, washer & dryer, snow removal, landscaping services, water and trash pickup. The bedroom is very large, with a queen size bed, two large double closets, and beautiful wood furnishings: dresser, chest, and armoire. You will enjoy your own private, full bathroom, as well as a kitchenette, with table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave and stovetop range. The oversized living room boasts a fireplace, wet bar and a 70 inch flat screen TV. You would basically have the run of the entire lower level, of the bi level condo which is far larger, than your average one bedroom apartment. Our condo is located in West Lansing, in the Westbrook Subdivision. The condo is on a private cul de sac within a very safe neighborhood. We have an end unit for additional privacy, and a beautiful green, wooded backyard. No smoking, sleep overs, drugs or intoxication allowed for your benefit as well as ours. If you like quiet, private, clean and well-appointed luxury living, then this may be the home for you. We are a laid back nonjudgmental couple, just enjoying life as it comes. We simply don't use the lower level hardly at all, which is a shame, considering how comfortable and spacious it is. One year lease, deposit and first month's rent due at rental agreement signing, and a background check will be performed at an additional fee of $15.00.
