In the cabinetry you will find plates, a new kettle, new glasses, cereal and mixing bowls, new stemless wine glasses, new baking sheets, new cutting boards, pots and pans, and a toaster. In the drawers you will find silverware, extra cooking utensils and hand towels, pot holders, and a small first aid kit. The countertop yields the microwave, a knife and cooking utensil set, and a new dish drying rack. There is also a small eating area for two people in the kitchen and a maid's closet for storage. The hallway towards the downstairs bedroom will have the laundry room on your left and the full bathroom on your right. The laundry room comes equipped with both a washer and dryer. You may enter and exit through the laundry room, as you would the front door. The full bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a tub & shower combo. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, a night stand, dresser, and closet. The lamps in the bedroom are perched on each side of the bed. The backyard frequently has deer for you to peek through the blinds at and blackberry bushes for your picking pleasure (no pesticides are used). Please be kind to the deer and do not approach them - we love seeing them in our backyard. The front yard has grass and a concrete walkway that leads to steps up to the porch. The home is equipped with individual heaters per room. There is one in each bedroom, the downstairs bathroom, kitchen, and living room. In each closet, there are additional new blankets as well! We do not have air conditioning, as North Bend stays cool by the coast. Please note we are one (1) mile away from the nearest Bay Area Hospital.
