This is a winter rental from approximately Dec 1 - approximately April 15. It is a furnished 3 bedroom house on more than 2 acres in a beautiful country setting and has never been rented before. The gated, 800 feet of paved driveway crosses a creek before entering the tree covered property. The home has 3 bedrooms, one of which is the office. There is an unfinished basement, 1.5 car garage, a small barn and out building. Heat is propane, the first tank of which I'll pay for. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, silverware, you name it, beds chairs and table, etc. It also has a wood burning stove that heats the entire house if you want. I will make arrangements for snow removal as well. This is a very temporary situation and I'm looking for a professional, responsible, clean person or people to take care of the place while I'm gone.
