Single family home with a spacious master bedroom. Large partially covered back deck and a fenced-in yard connected front and back. This 3 bed 2 bath home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just off of Rivermont Avenue. This is within walking distance(5 minutes) of Rookies, Rivermont Pizza, and Randolph College. It is also a 7-10 minute drive from downtown Lynchburg and Madison Heights. The original hardwood flooring, darkstained within recent years, is still shown throughout most of the house. Amenities include a new stove/oven combo, microwave, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a refrigerator/freezer. I, as the owner and property manager, will live in Roanoke, about an hour away. I will be available to contact 8am-5pm for non-emergencies(email is best) and can make a visit on weekends and the occasional weekday. Renters are responsible for electricity, gas, water/trash, and wifi. No smoking. One month's rent as deposit. 10 dollars a month for each pet(three max). Mowing, weed-eating, and tree trimming will be renters' responsibility.
