We accept bad credit as long as you haven't had any evictions in the last 7 years. We have flexible deposits and we have connections with deposit assistance programs. We allow immediate move-in's. We also have grant deeds for each property that show proof of ownership and/or property management agreements so you can be assured that you are renting from a reliable company with an established record.
