This lovely property has 60 acres on two parcels. The structures include: Main house, Double-Wide Coach, 4 car Garage, fenced Garden, and Sheds. The two story main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The new kitchen and parlor addition contains: Bertch cherry cabinets, six-burner Viking propane stove, dishwasher, an 11x4 island with granite counter and operable skylight above, and two sinks. There are two propane fireplaces: one in the new parlor and one in the living room. Master bedroom has two closets and a new covered deck. Master bathroom has a double vanity from Bertch and a shower. The sinks and toilet are in cobalt blue. The other two bedrooms share a Jack/Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third bathroom is downstairs and contains a shower. All new: redwood decks on three sides of the first floor, blue metal roof, D-log siding, 20 windows, 4 exterior doors, wood flooring on both levels. The 60 ft. x 20 ft. four car garage has a gravel floor, and both front and rear man doors. A two- sided D-log shelter neatly hides the 1,000 gallon propane tank for the Main house. A small chicken coop is behind the garage. There is a 60 ft. x 24 ft. coach which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The coach has a new blue, metal roof, all new windows, and about half if it received new siding. All new wood flooring except for the tile in the two bathrooms and utility room. The wood burning stove pretty much heats the whole “house”, but there is a 500-gallon propane tank for the new hot water heater, the kitchen stove, the propane refrigerator and for a space heater as well. On one side there was added a 65 ft. x 15 ft. redwood deck and railings. There are two storage sheds located below the main house. The main house and the coach each have a septic tank. The well is near the top of the hill. One of the water tanks is aluminum, obviously the body of a milk truck or water tanker. The other tank is the typical Army green one about 8 feet tall. The well pump was replaced last year along with 400 ft of new hose. The flow is currently at 16 gallons per minute and has never run dry. Both the solar and batteries have been upgraded with a total of twenty new panels from Canada to handle full time occupation. There are generators to act as backups for the solar. The house was built about forty years ago without permits. However, we have the CA Fair Plan.
