This is paid online through an emailed invoice after an application has been reviewed and accepted to move forward. Pets are allowed with prior approval, signed pet addendum to the lease and vet records. Pet application fee, monthly fee, and deposit are required per pet. Tenants are responsible for lawn care. Renter's insurance and proof of insurance is required. First month's rent, last month's rent, and deposit are required before move in.
