When previewing a home I am never quite sure what I will find. Upon arriving at this quaint home I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing of note was the open floor plan with living, dining & kitchen in view and separated by wood beams. The hardwood flooring and custom lighting create a special warmth that continued from the open foyer into the kitchen area that features a large eating bar with a built-in range-oven. I saw a masterful brick fireplace that looks like it is from the eairly 1900's located along side the patio doors that lead out to one of the decks in the spacious rear yard. Off the deck is a paver patio that goes to a 2nd covered deck. There is a 2nd set of patio doors that led me back into the family room where I found the original hardwood floors and a separate room that is well suited for a 3rd bedroom or study.
