This home has been remodeled in 2008. The walls were taken down and new insulation, electrical, drywall and all new wood doors. New Carpet in living room and bedrooms. In the kitchen. Stripped down to bare wall and flooring. Rebuilt with ceramic tiles on floor and above the new countertops, special ceramic tiles different than the floor which was also replaced along with new wood cabinets. New window. All new appliances. Royal Plumbing has done all bathroom and kitchen work. Over $20,000 worth of work. We replaced the front bow window with a new bay window this year which is stunning. In 2008 we were required to do all new cement on the walkway and driveway that holds 5 vehicles. We added a 3 circular cement step as a finishing touch to the cement work. This year we planted a white dogwood tree on the front lawn which is growing great. In July 2017 we did new siding charcoal grey & new roof with synthetic lining underneath.
