The patio overlooks the water, where you do see swans and occasional cranes and hummingbirds. You are close to and have access to the pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. You are also on a bus line for AATA, and not far from the UM blue bus stop. Two bedrooms are spacious, kitchen, laundry and bathrooms (1.5 bathrooms) are updated and there are skylights and a beveled glass front door. Very quiet and awesome neighbors. We lived here before moving to Grand Rapids full time and miss it (and Ann Arbor). Appointments must be scheduled in advance and can be virtual or in person. This is a furnished unit, although we will consider unfurnished/lightly furnished. No smoking or pets.
