In 2007 we completely remodeled the home. - We installed new windows and doors. New roof, new siding, new gutters, soffit fascia. The front of home and chimney received stone. All downspouts go underground into a water infiltration system (front yard). - We built a new front porch with stamped concrete. - Added a large 600 sq ft two leveled stamped patio in rear. - 2012 we built a 16x16 shed/garage. - The sewer system (in ground) was updated with a new pump tank and distribution box. - Basement is completely finished with an egress window, full bath and laundry room, family room and bedroom. - We have a permanent large above ground pool. (option to remain) - Basement has sum pump which hardly runs, also has a battery back up sum pump installed. - All interior door and trim updated. Doors 6-panel, baseboard 5 1/2" and casing 3 1/2" large profile. First floor has large crown molding. - Home is primarily heated with a large 36" fireplace insert. Heats first and second floor VERY well. We burn about 4 cords a year. All rooms have electric baseboard. - New AC system installed in 2012 - All bathrooms remodeled. 2nd floor bath has a beautiful tile surround with built in shelves. - Also have underground dog fence installed.
