Hi, my name is 541 E Buena Vista Rd. I have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 2.5 car garage on a corner lot with 1702sqft. I have many attributes but also some flaws...because nobody is perfect. Let's not talk about those just yet, after all, we just met. When we first meet, you will notice my open floor plan which is a unique quality among other bi-levels like me. My living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the upper level with the master bedroom, walk-in closet, and full bath. On my lower level, I have a family room, 2 other bedrooms, full bath, and laundry. My adopted family have spent the last 13 years helping me become who I am today. They lovingly gave me a makeover and I helped them provide a place to grow their family. They were not able to complete many of their plans for me. In recent years, I received a new roof and some vinyl plank flooring in the lower level. I am now ready for another makeover and for another family to cherish me and enjoy my wonderful neighborhood. Truthfully, the wonderful neighborhood is why my current family loved me. I will need some TLC and I am looking for the right family to take me in. I am an open book and want you to know about the areas that I need improvement. My hvac is nearing 38 years old and is functioning but will probably need to be replaced sooner than later. My landscaping, deck, soffit, and gutters could use a little refreshing as well as interior paint and flooring. My most unique characteristic, a 1740sqft attached room with an inoperable inground pool, could be transformed into a very functional space of your choosing (large rec room, garage, more finished sqft, etc.).
