The APN is 040-260-021-000. Zoned RE-5:MX. Note - the portion of the public roadway easement on the parcel map adjacent to the property was vacated in 2023 which explains the increased acreage listed of the assessor map (the public utility easement remains in place). An access agreement was recorded to allow driveway access within the limits of the vacated roadway easement. The County was unable to confirm that a septic perc test was performed on the parcel (we did not perform one). Unfortunately, swimming in the pond is not allowed.
