After the initial nine month lease the property will most likely be available for 12-month Leases thereafter. The security deposit is due at lease signing and is equal to one month's rent. Confirmation of all utilities being in name the of tenant is required prior to move in. All utilities are paid by the Tenant. The HOA fee is paid by the Owner. Rent includes exterior maintenance, landscaping and trash removal. Tenant enjoys all of the Forest Lakes Amenities.
