The apartment is nearly perfect for young, single people looking for a great location in San Francisco, within walking distance of perhaps the best park in the city, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants in three of the most beautiful and popular areas in SF: Hayes Valley, the Panhandle, and Haight-Ashbury. While it might seem small at first, the layout is so well-designed that I was able to fit furniture I couldn't accommodate in one-bedroom apartments listed as 50% larger in area. I can honestly say that the only reason I'm moving out is that it's too small for two people to live comfortably although my partner and I managed to make it work for nearly a year. Over my time in the apartment, Ellen has been a fantastic and accommodating landlord.
